BTNC (Beatnic) will be releasing the second installment of their New Era hat releases planned for this year at the end of July. The first, which was a Gucci inspired number, sold out in mere minutes, and this release should be no different. The three hats are inspired by the world wide sporting phenomenon, the Olympics. The gold, silver, and bronze embroidered BTNC logos are designed to resemble the coveted medals that are awarded to athletes in acknowledgment of their excellent performances on the grandest of stages. These will be released at BTNC in Fullerton, CA and they will be available on their online store beatniconline.com for those that are not in the area at the time.

DJ Clark Kent x New Era 59FIFTY "Nike 112 Pack" Cap

With the coming release of the Nike 112 Pack, DJ Clark Kent also designed a New Era 59FIFTY to match the sneakers. The cap features the same materials and colorway as the sneakers; using the elephant print on the underbrim, 3M retro-reflective material on the brim and one of the rear panels; neon green is used for the embroidery of B on the front and 112_ _ on the rear panel, both symbolic of Clark Kent’s hometown of Brooklyn. Japanese brand, Mackdaddy, collaborated with Uniful to design a series of new items. The release includes two tees, two New Era caps, and one skate deck. To celebrate hip-hop artist Wale’s rising success, music magazine Urb has stepped in to create a New Era 59FIFTY cap with the fledging artist. The cap is chock full of details from the intricate shoe lace logo on the front to numerous embroideries seen on the underbill and back.
