Limited to only 100 pieces, Addict continue their allegiance with Rogue Status on a reversible
C-Law and respected British label Addict have teamed up once again to release “The Epic”
Looking to a core group of individuals and brands, Addict set forth with their Originators
British streetwear brand Addict has looked to a quintessential piece of pop culture in their latest Icon Series featuring some of the most memorable badguys seen within the popular franchise. Former Boba Fett actor, Jeremy Bulloch was on hand to sign autographs. Most notably, out of the mask nobody really knows who he is, however three memebers of the UK Garrison were decked out in Boba Fett, Sandtrooper and Biker Scout garb respectively. The tees are available now at Addict London with a further shipment set to hit the United States in the near future.

Vango has been at the forefront of innovation and design for making tents, rucsacs and sleeping bags. Their products are made for campers, mountaineers, climbers and walkers with comfort, safety and reliability in mind. Working with another British brand, Addict, together they have collaborated to create a limited edition Addict x Vango Tent. The tent is both fire and rain resistant and also utilizes Sheone’s camo for the tent design. These tents will be limited to 200 units and will be available in mid-March at the Addict Online store, the Addict store in the UK and other top retailers worldwide.
Addict has long been a label priding themselves on their highly technical outerwear. A small preview revealed another team up with UK’s C-LAW on a jacket as well with their trademark Method Zip which offers a convertible hood/collar. Also on the horizon are upcoming collaborations with Tron and the inaugural release of a new collection of highly detailed denim.
Each founded on different styles and principles, a collaborative hoodie has brought together British brands Addict and OneTrue Saxon. Utilizing the original fence print from One True Saxon, the 300g premium sweat hoodie also includes cover-stitched seams and special Addict x OTS detailing on the yoke. Look for this to release as part of Addict’s 2008 Spring/Summer collection.
British artist SheOne has seen much of his style and work created into more consumable and tangible items with his strong partnership with clothing brand Addict. A recent collaboration with Vango adds tents to a list of previous products including hats, hoodies and t-shirts. Although most kids are stuck in front of the computer dropping money on a tent should be a good reason to venture out into the wilderness.

Looking to brands of the OG era, British label Addict hooked up with XLarge as part of Addict’s “Originators Series”. Aside from XLarge, other contributing brands include FUCT, Freshjive and Grave One. Each brand lent a classic graphic for the Addict mashup. More information including other brand releases can be seen here in this PDF. Check out XLarge’s LA flagship store in the coming weeks for a release.

To celebrate the launch of Addict’s Star Wars “Icon Series” tees, Jeremy Bulloch, the actor who played Boba Fett in The Empire Strikes Back and Return of The Jedi will be at Addict’s London store for the signing of Addict’s boxed tees which are illustrated by Mitch. Three t-shirts are available including Boba Fett, Sandtrooper and Biker Scout. There will also be a limited signed and numbered A4 Mitch prints with each purchase for the first 30 people. This event will take place on Saturday March 8th from 11Am to 4PM.
Also at the Bread and Butter Show that’s taking place in Barcelona right now, the English brand Addict will be doing some crazy collaborations with OG street brands like XLarge, Freshjive, and Fuct. What they have done is take original designs from XLarge, Freshjive and Fuct and modified it with either the Addict logo some camo. We’re guessing that these will be dropping in Fall ‘08.

Vans has teamed up with the artist SheOne and brand Addict for a very beautiful collaboration sneaker. Using the Vans SK8-Hi model as the canvas, SheOne has amazingly turned a normal skate shoe into a piece of artwork. The colorway choice for this shoe is great as well. Even though a eye catching red is used, this shoe remains very elegant and most importantly, wearable. Hopefully we’ll have more information soon but we’re definitely looking forward to this release.
