At the time, his sneaker of choice the Pump Omni Lite would go on to become a favorite amongst the basketball contingency later materializing into Dee Brown’s own signature the D-Time two years later in 1993. Fifteen years have passed and to remember the heroics of Dee Brown, Reebok has released a special anniversary pack including two OG colors of the Pump Omni Lite and D-Time. Reebok "Pump Bring Back" Series

The Pumps from Reebok has been an iconic sneaker since its first release in 1989. The Pump system was innovative during its time. It allowed the wearer the ability to set its own support and comfort level just be pumping on the little basketball on the sneaker tongue. The Pump has made a come back in recent years not for its ability on the courts but for its look and style. Here is Reebok’s 2nd “Pump” Bring Back” series which include three shoes, the Pump Omni Lite, the Pump D-Time and the Court Victory Pump. Reebok Insta Pump Fury Snake Collection

One of the sneakers that sneakerheads in Japan collected (when sneaker collecting was still popular) was the Reebok Insta Pump Fury. Now, Reebok will be releasing a new collection based on the Insta Pump Fury. Three Insta Pump Furies will be released all pimped out with purple, red or blue snakeskin. You can pick these up startin February 6th at Atmos Tokyo.

Reebok Pump Omni

Reebok’s been working hard on their latest retro releases which in our opinion represent a better direction for its lifestyle market, a far cry from certain misguided collaborations they have in their planners. Although this Pump Omni has a different theme in mind, I can’t help but think of Michael Chang’s OG colorway of the Court Victory. Info/Image: Crooked Tongues
