Nike SB Air Trainer II

Upon Ferrari Murakami’s recent trip to Nike Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon, he unveiled a preview of what appears to be an upcoming Nike SB Air Trainer II. With the largely conservative colors emanating from the Nike SB camp recently, these seem slightly out of the ordinary relative to what we’ve seen in the last few months. No word yet on a release date.

Nike SB has prepared a nice lineup of releases for May. It offers a fairly complete collection with Air Trainer, Blazer lo, Dunk low and high, Zoom Airs, and Zoom Air Classic. It also has a wide range of colorways from subtle colors such as haze, teal, and white to loud colors like pink, red, orange, and even a leopard print pattern. All will be available at Nike SB accounts in May. Sources: Guillotine, Miszapas

Nike Air Trainer 1 - Chlorophyl Retro

Here is a look at an upcoming release from Nike. This Air Trainer 1 dubbed Chlorophyl will feature a nice and simple gray, white and blakc colorway. We have no idea why its rumored to be called Chlorophyl but it might in part because of the green color used on the shoe as Chlorophyl basically are the green pigments found in photosynthetic cells. Nevertheless, this makes a nice shoe for Spring ‘08 as it will be released near that time. Image: Niketalk via Kicksaholic

Supreme x Nike Air Trainer TW II

Originally released in 1988, the Nike Air Trainer TW was an off-shoot of the classic Air Trainer SC. The Trainer TW incorporated some new design features which differentiated itself from its older brother such as a lighter composition and a low cut profile. Through out its time, Bo Jackson was the poster child and spokesperson for the Air Trainer series. 18 years after the original inception of the Air Trainer TW II in 1989, the Air Trainers are back. Four new colorways were created with the help of Supreme. An accompanying series of Nike x Supreme baseball jackets were also produced. Three colorways are available for the jackets. Stateside Supreme stores will see this package release on Thursday, November 8th while the Japanese release will take place one day later on Friday, November 9th.
