BLOC28 has added a new dimension to the Disney franchise as it allows for unconventional artists to offer their own artistic insights on the world of Disney. In this recent exhibition in Hong Kong, contributing artists such as Slick, Greg “Craola” Simkins, Mear One, David P. Flores and Steven Daily provided artwork while a look into the latest BLOC28 collection was also on hand.

Touching upon the blockbuster animated franchise Toy Story, Hong Kong’s CLOT has teamed up with Disney to create a fully articulate and poseable 12 inch Sarge in black. The toy is constructed of soft vinyl emulating a realistic toy feeling. Black Sarge comes complete with special packaging and the statement “Leave no man behind” with special sticker. Atmos x Disney "Mickey & Minnie" Collaboartion

After their collaboration with Sanrio’s Hello Kitty character, he Japanese streetwear label, Atmos, will be teaming up with Disney to release some t-shirts. There will be a total of 15 t-shirts in this series with the first two shirts featuring Mickey and Minnie mouse. There will also be other accessories like caps so stay tuned for more info on this collection. As for now, the first Mickey and Minnie tees are available now at Atmos.

Christian Hosoi x Disney

It looks like Disney is currently working on some interesting projects. The details are vague but rumor has it that Disney commissioned the pro-skater Christian Hosoi to design some products which includes some limited edition skate decks and apparel. Other than Mickey, there might also be some other characters involved but nothing is confirmed yet. I guess we’ll just have to wait to see what exactly the products will look like.

Disney x Bounty Hunter Pete Figure

Japanese clothing label and toy-maker Bounty Hunter recently collaborated with Disney to create a special Pete toy. This figure represents and interesting collaboration as both represent entirely different segments. Pete was one of Mickey Mouse’s original nemesis and he is seen kitted out in a mock Mickey costume complete with mouse ears. Available now at Revolution.

Clothing label Roen has teamed up with Disney to celebrate the upcoming Halloween festivities with this Halloween Mickey t-shirt. The t-shirt includes prints on both the front and the rear of the tee as well as distressing on the sleeve and bottom seam. The shirts will go on sale at 12:00 AM (Japan), October 31st at Crown Jewel. Price is set at ¥23, 800 (approximately $209 USD).
