The institution will host a series of curated programs to celebrate year-long and into 2025.
The forthcoming show will include works from 40 artists from the Black diaspora, including Arthur Jafa, Jamel Shabazz and Jean-Michel Basquiat.
The show will present over 300 objects from the filmmaker’s personal collection alongside works from artists, such as Kehinde Wiley, Deborah Roberts and more.
On view from November 18, 2022, to May 7, 2023.
