Description

Jay Gordon is one of the co-founders and owners of Boston-based footwear boutique Bodega. He has a fine arts degree and is also a master ceramics artist. Gordon started Bodega in May 2006 together with DJ Oliver Mak and Dan Natola as the three friends shared a love of sneakers, vintage goods, classic silhouettes and the progression of design and technology. Since the shop’s inception, Gordon has been at the forefront of embracing the store’s retail space as opposed to selling products online. Gordon is a big fan of vintage clothing and his wardrobe collection includes various Nike, Puma and adidas clothing from the ‘70s and ‘80s. His favorite shoe silhouettes are the Nike Air Max and the adidas ZX.
