Ajay Bouri is an American entrepreneur and the driving force behind Las Vegas-based sneaker boutique, Feature. Graduating from the University of Nevada in 2004, Bouri teamed up with four friends with an aim to create a sneaker store that not only supplied exclusive brands that were unavailable elsewhere in Las Vegas, but that also injected new life into the sneaker subculture. The result was Feature, which opened its doors in late 2010. The store stands out from pre-existing chains through its lively integration of music, arts and sneakers into a multidimensional venue, placing itself at the forefront of sneaker culture in Las Vegas. Feature has accumulated a devoted following, becoming one of the most well known sneaker shops on the West Coast. Ajay remains at the vanguard of Feature’s direction and development, as co-owner Aaron White comments: “When [Ajay’s] passionate about a brand, even if we’re not really passionate about it, we tend to say, ‘OK, cool’.”
