The label incorporates various bar influences and imagery into their designs with a high level of commitment to producing quality apparel. They recently teamed up with another Japanese label, W)Taps to produce a series of limited edition t-shirts.

Mixed Martial Arts fighting has risen to prominence across the world lately putting traditional combative sports such as boxing on the back burner. While boxing has had its share of popular endorsers such as Muhammad Ali and Oscar De La Hoya, MMA fighting has yet to reach that sort of level. Japanese fighter Caol Uno has been the exception forging a strong relationship with Nike. His original collaborations include the release of training gear and footwear. This latest collection encompasses a few different items such as outerwear, bags and footwear.

We’ve seen the use of tartan proliferate itself on number of different styles as of late regarding both footwear and apparel alike. The 576 from New Balance is the latest benefactor of this trend with the CM576S. The use of tartan is incorporated with suede to form the upper with hints of metallic gold. Masters in their own domain, denim makers Levi’s and sneaker & lifestyle entity Jordan Brand are set to team up on a special collaborative project titled the 23/501 Collection. Not one for many collaborations, Jordan Brand set forth to push the same limits they have continually been setting. The collection will include a pair of 501 denim (Levi’s most iconic model), an Air Jordan I and t-shirt. Each individual piece will posses many dual-branded characteristics. For example, the weft of the jeans will include Jordan Brand’s popular elephant print as well as Jumpman logos and special lining to prevent indigo bleed onto sneakers. The Air Jordan I’s will include a denim upper and Levi’s Red Tab. 2,323 packages will be releases, with each piece individually numbered. The suggested retail price is $395 USD.

Japanese brand Double Hard began in 2002 under the influence of popular artist, DJ Hazime. His hip-hop inspired apparel has bridged cultural gaps between Japan and the US. Double Hard and DJ Hazime are set to release a pair of sneakers in collaboration with Saucony. The Courageous model maintains a brightly colored upper with colors such as blue, yellow and pink in the mix. Back in 1981, the Courageous was a popular choice among running publications such as Runner’s World. Available mid-December at Mita.
The Casio Databank originally debuted in 1984 and was engineered with a series of different functions including a calculator, phone number storage and other timing functions. This particular Databank is a collaboration with Japanese label MACKDADDY features a purple band and green face. Available now at eproze.
