The limited run of 10 solid maple and walnut sculptures will be unveiled later on tonight at a special lecture held by Andy Cruz outlining what’s in store from House Industries.
The Eames House was built in 1949 by the husband wife duo of Charles and Ray as part of the Case Study Houses Project. The Case Study House project was commissioned by the Arts & Architecture Magazine (1938-1967) to bring together a collective of some of the best architects of the time to create inexpensive and livable housing spawned by the post-WWII boom. The Eames House (known also as Case Study House No. 8) was widely considered to be the best of the bunch.

The Nike Presto have always had a strong following. Whether it was the comfort or some cool colorway, there were many reasons to like the shoe. The mashup of Presto + Dunk has yielded not only comfort but some almost limitless possibilities on the design front. Because the toe box is created from the stretchy spandex-like material, a lots of different prints can be achieved which would be much more difficult with leather or nubuck. This latest pack of Dunkestos features an uppers that is a mix of different patterns. No word yet on a release date, but this Dunkesto pack will probably look even better in the flesh.
