Undercover’s 2008 spring/summer collection Summer Madness is themed after a fictional haunted hotel, “Hotel UC”. Among the pieces recently released are graphic t-shirts as well as belts, each relating back to the concept at hand. Available now at Cliffedge.
As the Original Fake 2nd Annviersary garnered much attention and anticipation, more developments have surfaced regarding some of OF’s unforeseen collaborations. Exiting outside an already stellar cast of collaborative partners such as Levi’s, Visvim and Stussy, Original Fake has more up their sleeve with fashion label Under Cover and women’s rock-inspired brand Hysteric Glamour jumping on board.

In a second collaboration, Japanese fashion label Undercover has re-aligned itself with well-known sandal makers Birkenstock. The printed leather portion references a pattern previously seen on their Chukka model. A hard sandal to pull of either way, look for these to hit select Undercover accounts soon.

Undercover’s all-star designer Jun Takahashi has released his 2008 spring/summer collection titled “Summer Madness” with an eerie motif forming the backdrop of this latest fashion venture. The ghostly “Hotel UC” inspires a line of t-shirts and accessories seen here that are currently available at select Undercover locations.

Here is a look at the new Jun Takahashi’s creation for Undercover. This new tee will be introduced to the public on April 19th, during “The sound and the Fury” event held by Undercover Japan at Laputa Garden in Matsuyama. True to his Bizare-but-kawaii style, Undercover pays tribute to the William Faulkner southern gothic novel which match perfectly with the japanese label philosophy.

Undercover alongside NIL and Vandalize each chose specific imagery reflective of their respective brands to create a collaborative pin set. The three pack of pins includes images depicting the growth stages of butterflies. Available now at Cueve.
For the opening of the Dover Street Market pop-up store in Shinjuku’s Isetan department store, the Japanese brand Undercover has teamed up with British luggage maker Globetrotter to create two suitcases. One has the suitcase has the Undercover Hello Kitty design while the other has the Undercover “Chuuut!” design. Both suitcases come in three sizes – 33 inch, 30 inch, and 21 inch. Available at the Dover Street Market space at Isetan from March 19th till 31th.
