Levi’s Japanese exclusive line Fenom has released a new shirt from their latest collection. This Cambray Western Shirt comes in a soft blue denim fabric and has the Fragment Design branding in hidden places. Available now at Tab Device for 18,900 Yen.

We reported about the collaboration among Hirst, Warhol, and Levi’s at Fred Segal in Los Angeles, now we’re showing you the collector’s book that will be released along with the line. The book will demonstrate the process of creating the collection and the various people involved. Death is a central theme of the book, appropriate for both artists, showing dark and ominous pictures of knives and skulls. The book showcases Hirst’s signature spot paintings and his famous diamond-studded skull, For the Love of God. The book also has an interview with Damien Hirst and fashion photographs done by Beau Roulette feature Vincent Gallo. It comes hard bound in black denim, with an optional plexiglass and metal display box.

The retailer for the Japan exclusive denim line, Levi’s Fenom, has released pictures of the new Levi’s Fenom Printed Green Stitch Rigid Denim. The jeans feature a selvedge lined back pocket as well as the fragment design logo stitched onto the other pocket (fragment design is Hiroshi Fujiwara’s design firm which is responsible for the Fenom line). Three models are available including the 360, 505, and the 207. Available at Tab Device for 26,250 Yen.
Sensational English pop artist Damien Hirst will exhibit two new original art pieces this April 3rd at Fred Segal Man. Other contributors to the events overall atmosphere include Warhol Factory and legendary denim makers Levi’s. The Warhol-ian factor includes the use of trademark style of colors applied to not only the installations but special denim as well.

In something which began late last year, Levi’s will release a new rendition of their own personally branded mobile phone. The limited edition run of 100 phones was designed with Levi’s trademark Red Tab in mind as it is featured prominently on the top. Technical specs include an MP3 player, stereo Bluetooth and 2.0 MP camera. Other accessories include a hands-free kit and metal chain with an added bonus of the ability to customize your name on the back of the phone.

On February 25th, Nike officially announced their collaboration with all American denim brand, Levi’s. This project called “23 / 501” will include limited edition items including sneakers, denim, t-shirts, caps and more. The package will be available only in 23 “markets” starting March 1st. Last week, we had a preview of the upcoming Levi’s sneakers. These shoes are special because they are constructed from different pairs of jeans meaning no two pairs will be the same. For the release of the shoes, the sneaker boutique from Taipei, Taiwan is hosting an exhibition which shows off the sneakers. The exhibition runs from February 23 to March 22. The shoes will be release soon as well.
The latest releases from Levi’s Fenom has yielded both a Pin Strip Western Shirt and a pair of Black Woof denim. The L/S shirts are hand-stitched with subtle stitch details against the striped design. Unlike previous Fenom releases, the Black Woof is much more subdued with subtle distressing and the trademark Fenom logo on the back pocket. Available at Tab Device.
Levi’s is set to release their own series of denim sneakers. What’s unique about these shoes are that not two pairs are the same. This is because Levi’s has gathered and collected jeans that have been worn, taken the material and reconstructed into something unique. Each shoe is handmade so each sneaker will have a different contruction. They will be available soon in China for $499 RMB and will be limited to 300 pairs.
