Concours at Wynn Las Vegas Marks Its Fifth Year With Over $1.3 Billion USD in Cars
The sold-out event featured debuts from Pagani, Aston Martin and McLaren.
The Concours at Wynn Las Vegas wrapped its fifth edition over the weekend, drawing more than 7,500 attendees to the Las Vegas Strip. Presented by Richard Mille, the event’s signature exhibition filled Wynn Golf Club with 385 vehicles collectively valued at over $1.3 billion USD, spanning pre-war classics, modern hypercars, and everything in between.
Pagani staged the world debut of the Huayra 70 Anima, presented by Horacio Pagani himself, while Aston Martin premiered the Valhalla Spider and McLaren brought the McL 6GT to the public for the first time. Bugatti marked 20 years in the US with the Destrier, and Gunther Werks unveiled its Brundle Edition Turbo. CÄVEN Atelier also revealed its first automobile, while Apollo held the North American debut of the EVO and Eccentrica showed its first V12 with Pacchetto Titano.
Elsewhere on the field, Bentley brought the Torcal, Jaguar displayed the Type 01, and Rolls-Royce celebrated 10 years of Black Badge with a trio of models. Shelby American unveiled “The Mongoose” Shelby Super Snake, Acura presented its NEXERA Vision concept, and Karma premiered a bespoke one-of-nine commission. Hennessey, Czinger, Singer, Gemballa and Spyker also made noise on the concours with automotive innovation.
A record 19 GT1 cars gathered in celebration of the racing era, including 10 McLaren F1s. They were joined by 43 Paganis and 25 Porsche Carrera GTs — one of the largest gatherings of the model to date, alongside the original Carrera GT prototype. Sung Kang also returned with his personal, highly modified Datsun 240Z.
Off the fairway, Broad Arrow’s second annual Las Vegas auction brought in $92.8 million USD, making it the highest-grossing collector car auction ever held in the city. The sale produced 11 new world records, led by a 1997 Ferrari F50 that sold for $18.7 million USD, and registered bidders grew by 63 percent.
This year’s Best of Show honors went to the Nethercutt Collection’s 1933 Hispano-Suiza J12 and Thomas Peck’s 1954 Ferrari 375 MM Ghia. Honorary Helene Awards recognized Sandra Button for Lifetime Achievement and Mate Rimac as Celebrated Innovator, along with collectors Rob Kauffman, Matt Katz and Hezy Shaked.
Co-chief judge Chris Kramer said the M100 system has been extended to supercars, hypercars and restomods, and that judging in motion will be introduced to evaluate cars as they drive. “We are seeing more of the world’s leading automakers choose Concours at Wynn as the home for significant global reveals,” said Brian Gullbrants, Chief Operating Officer of Wynn Resorts North America.
