NM3 has joined forces with QuadroDesign to unveil the OG—NM301, a sleek stainless steel stool designed by Andrea Ferrari. Conceived after years of collaborative research into lightweight metal structures, the piece draws heavy inspiration from the aeronautical sector, focusing heavily on material optimization and structural integrity. Additionally, the stool’s distinctive legs reinterpret tube-bending techniques typically found in the cycling industry, resulting in a minimalist yet highly durable silhouette.
Built to withstand both outdoor environments and shower spaces, the OG—NM301 reflects a shared vision of formal simplicity and precision craftsmanship. The transition from concept to industrial production was made possible by QuadroDesign’s deep expertise in CNC manufacturing. A defining structural feature of the stool is its solid-machined joint, a highly technical component that securely connects the seat to the legs while completely concealing all fastening systems from view.
To highlight the design’s extreme versatility, NM3 and QuadroDesign introduced the newly presented piece alongside the “One size Fits all” visual campaign, lensed by photographer Louis De Belle.
