Summary:

  • Duke + Dexter has collaborated with Peso on a collection inspired by a shared love of the American West.
  • The collection is presented through a Mad Men-inspired campaign shot in a vintage office setting, blending classic mid-century style with Western influences.
  • The capsule featuring standouts like washed-out graphic tees, chainstitched shirts and studded and is avalikle now on Duke + Dexter website.

Though DUKE + DEXTER is a British brand – headquartered in London with shoes handmade in Sheffield – the label has recently become enamored with Americana.

As part of its Fall/Winter ‘25 collection, D+D traveled to Palm Springs – a desert town deeply tied to America’s Golden Era – to shoot its “Ace High” campaign. Now, in a first-ever collaboration, the brand has teamed up with Düsseldorf-based Peso to create a collection inspired by their shared admiration for the American West.

While this is the pair’s first official team up, it’s been a long time coming. The two founders – Justin Fuchs (Peso) and Archie Hewlett (D+D) – are close friends, and Peso has often styled D+D pieces into its own campaigns.

The brands share similar creative references, with a mutual love for the American West standing out as a key inspiration. Fittingly, their collaboration is showcased through a Mad Men-inspired campaign set in a vintage office block, featuring D’nieccio Mitchell, Lukas Amador, and Bernard Fouquet.

The capsule itself includes apparel, footwear, and accessories custom-developed in England and Germany, with Western-inspired embellishments and motifs that nod to the collaboration’s Americana themes.

Standout pieces include two washed-out T-shirts – Vintage Eagle and Veteran – printed with artwork by the Peso team. A “Olive” Mechanic Shirt, chainstitched in Peso’s signature script. Two pairs of worn-in denim, pressed with adhesive studs along the legs and three new loafers – Mexico, Basket Weave, and Snakeskin + “White” – featuring artwork from D+D’s in-house artist.

Additionally, some new accessories round out the drop, including a studded belt with an etched buckle and tip, plus two canvas bags – a crossbody and a weekender – made from faded fabric and detailed with pearls.

The Duke + Dexter x Peso collection is available now on the Duke + Dexter website.
