Louis Vuitton is bringing haute cuisine to new heights with an exclusive three-day culinary collaboration between world-renowned chefs Gaggan Anand and Yosuke Suga. From May 8 to 10, Bangkok’s Gaggan at Louis Vuitton will host an intimate gastronomic pop-up that blends the bold flavors of Anand’s progressive Indian cuisine with the refined precision of Suga’s French-Japanese culinary artistry.

Anand, whose Bangkok restaurants recently ranked #1, #31 and #99 in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, is known for his genre-defying dishes that fuse molecular gastronomy with Thai and Japanese influences. Joining him is Chef Suga of Tokyo’s prestigious Sugalabo and SUGALABO V by Louis Vuitton, celebrated for his meticulous technique and French culinary roots honed under Joël Robuchon.

This unique dining journey, set within the elegant setting of Louis Vuitton’s Bangkok outpost at Gaysorn Village, embodies the Maison’s commitment to creativity and excellence across disciplines — from fashion and art to fine dining.

The tasting menu is priced at ฿15,000++ THB (approximately $430 USD) per guest, with limited reservations available at the time of writing. Interested guests can secure their seats through Gaggan at Louis Vuitton’s official site.
