LG has introduced its latest UltraGear 27GP950 gaming monitor with specs perfect for those who run next-gen consoles.

Measuring in at a desk-friendly 27 inches wide, the new monitor utilizes a 1ms Nano IPS display that delivers exceptionally precise color reproduction, covering a whopping 98 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut. With 4K UHD resolutions paired with a 144Hz refresh rate, you’ll be able to run your PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X the way they were intended, pushing their performance to the limit.

If you’re a PC gamer, the monitor also supports both NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync, reducing screen tearing while enhancing image quality. As an added touch, the display also boasts an RGB Sphere Lighting 2.0 feature on the rear, providing a colored backlight for the perfect ambiance.

For those interested, LG’s latest UltraGear 4K UHD 144Hz 27GP950 gaming monitor will be available shortly at select retailers.

Elsewhere in tech, Apple has reportedly begun mass producing its next-gen M2 chip.
