Summary

  • Paris Saint-Germain has partnered with Qatar Airways and designer Emeric Tchatchoua of 3.Paradis to release an exclusive pre-match kit
  • The jersey features unique typography inspired by the iconic Ruff Ryders aesthetic with creative input from Swizz Beatz
  • This release coincides with the first-ever Art Basel Qatar and serves as a celebration of the club’s growing cultural influence

Paris Saint-Germain and Qatar Airways have officially unveiled an exclusive pre-match kit designed in collaboration with Emeric Tchatchoua, the creative director of 3.Paradis. Revealed ahead of the inaugural Art Basel Qatar, the jersey serves as a physical representation of the club’s intersectional approach to football, high fashion, and global contemporary art.

The design originally debuted during the 3.Paradis runway show at Paris Fashion Week on January 21, marking another chapter in the long-standing creative relationship between the Parisian club and Tchatchoua. Central to the jersey’s aesthetic is a reworked “Paris” typography, which utilizes an “R” inspired by the Ruff Ryders logo — a direct nod to the golden era of global hip-hop culture. This specific design element was developed with the influence of legendary producer Swizz Beatz, further cementing the kit’s status as a lifestyle piece rather than just athletic gear.

Technically, the kit aligns with the club’s performance standards while maintaining the elevated storytelling typical of 3.Paradis. The initiative also highlights PSG’s status as a premier partner of Art Basel, bridging the gap between the pitch and the gallery. Following the club’s first UEFA Champions League title in 2025, the release underscores PSG’s strategy to position itself as a “Club of the New Generation,” leveraging artistic dialogue to reach a global audience.

Check out the collaboration above. The Paris Saint-Germain x 3.Paradis pre-match kit is arriving in conjunction with Art Basel Qatar, which runs from February 5 to February 7.
