Wrist Check: G-Dragon and Jacob & Co. Unveil Exclusive Iced Out PEACEMINUSONE Collaborative Watch
At the grand opening event of Jacob & Co.’s newest Seoul flagship store.
G-Dragon celebrated the arrival of the newest Jacob & Co.‘s newest flagship store in Seoul, attending the grand opening on February 24. The K-pop star joined Jacob & Co. founder and creative director Jacob Arabo for the grand opening alongside other top Korean influencers, Taeyang, Hwasa, Kim Sae-rok, BamBam and Ma Dong-seok.
During the festivities, G-Dragon also debuted a new, exclusive PEACEMINUSONE collaborative watch with the luxury brand. At the time of writing, it has not yet been confirmed if the watch will be available for retail or if it is a one-off piece for the King of K-Pop. The watch feature several diamonds and other unique and striking stones to bring together a one-of-a-kind dial that not only features the Jacob & Co. branding, but the PEACEMINUSONE daisy logo. The caseback features a special engraving that reads, “For G-Dragon by Jacob Arabo.”
The new store opens in the Gangnam district of Seoul and boasts the largest scale retailer in Asia. The interior of the store features a predominantly clean white and black tones, creating the luxurious atmosphere unique to Jacob & Co. Throughout the store are displays of the luxury watches, including the Astronomia and the Billionaire pieces. There is also a private room for VIP customers.
