Summary

  • MING introduces the 37.11 Odyssey, a titanium GMT dive watch evolving from the award‑winning Bluefin
  • Bidirectional 24‑hour dial with luminous day/night colors enhances global travel functionality
  • Available November 11 in three strap options

MING has introduced the 37.11 Odyssey, the latest installment in the brand’s “dive saga,” which translates the idea of exploration into a refined yet robust timepiece. The Odyssey directly follows the GPHG-winning 37.09 Bluefin, sharing its pressure-balanced case architecture but now integrating a GMT movement for enhanced travel utility.

At just under 42 grams, the brushed finish and compact 38mm dimensions make it a refined yet robust companion for those seeking versatility across land and sea. A defining feature of the Odyssey is its bidirectional rotating dial, engineered with 24 clicks to represent each global timezone. This smoked sapphire dial not only reveals glimpses of the movement beneath but also integrates luminous, color‑coded markings – blue for daytime and orange for nighttime – ensuring clarity in any environment.

Meanwhile, the tactile at 4 o’clock has been fine‑tuned for smoother operation and remains functional underwater, while the screw‑down crown at 2 o’clock provides water resistance up to 300 meters. Both crowns are luminous and color-coded, underscoring MING’s playful yet practical approach to detail. The watch also debuts a gradient luminous handset, a first for MING, paired with Polar White indices embedded in the top crystal for striking nighttime visibility. Powered by the Sellita‑based SW330.M2 automatic movement with a 50‑hour power reserve, the watch balances technical performance with aesthetic refinement.

Available from November 11 via MING’s website, the 37.11 Odyssey is offered in three configurations: Slate FKM rubber strap, grade 2 titanium bracelet or grade 5 titanium Polymesh, priced from 4,950 – 5,950 CHF(approx. $6,141 – $7,382 USD).
