Based out of the Hudson Valley, Crystal Guardian creates custom-fit earplugs that are based off of a mold of the subject’s ear. Perfect for attending concerts – or any loud environment that needs filtering – the bespoke buds can reduce volume by 10, 15, 20 or 25 decibels, depending on the buyer’s preference. Pairs are made out of medical-grade silicone and offer a bespoke look, with options ranging from colored silicone to glitter —The “Savory Silence” series even features clear plugs mixed with “dried culinary ingredients,” ranging from anise and sesame seeds to lavender and red pepper flakes.
