HOMME PLISSÉ ISSEY MIYAKE Recalls Its Pleated History With 10th Anniversary Collection
The DECADE series presents fluid sweaters, tops, and bottoms in seven colorways.
Japanese designer Issey Miyake passed away in 2022, but his legacy can still be felt across global corners. Satoshi Kondo has taken over the reins, honoring the late designer at every opportunity. Issey Miyake’s HOMME PLISSÉ line is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, releasing an exclusive collection that recalls its technical history.
HOMME PLISSÉ ISSEY MIYAKE is defined by pleated textiles and Japanese craftsmanship, delivering timeless garments with enhanced fluidity. HOMME PLISSÉ ISSEY MIYAKE’s 10th-anniversary collection arrives in seven striking colorways, including mustard, purple, and light blue. The structured offering is pleated to perfection spread across the DECADE sweater, top, and trousers. The latter boasts slim outlines and flexible waistbands, while the top lands with folded lapels and exaggerated sleeves. Finally, the DECADE sweater is completed with crewneck borders and knitted branding.
