The Skateroom Is Coming to HBX With Andy Warhol and Basquiat Skateboards
Featuring artworks from ‘Campbell’s Soup Cans’ to ‘Pez Dispenser.’
Following longstanding partnerships with the estate of Jean-Michel Basquiat and, in more recent years, with The Andy Warhol Foundation, The Skateroom has just dropped their collaborative skateboards on HBX for the first time. Each skate deck comes adorned with graphics of the legendary artists’ most iconic artworks that nod to their celebrated influence in contemporary art.
Leading the latest lineup are three variations of Warhol’s signature pop art Campbell’s Soup Cans, offered in Red/Green, Purple/Red, and Beige/Yellow colorways. Basquiat’s infamous Pez Dispenser, created in 1984, has also been translated onto the skate deck. Rounding off the series is a design featuring Warhol’s Dollar Signs, also known for its pop art style.
The Skateroom’s new releases of Andy Warhol and Basquiat skateboards are now available on HBX.
