Scarr's Pizza and Fly Geenius Come Together for Vanson Leathers Capsule
For fans of the Lower East Side pizza shop.
Located on 22 Orchard Street in the Lower East Side neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, Scarr’s Pizza was opened in 2016 by Scarr Pimentel, a New York native who learned to make pizza at the iconic Lombardi’s. Now a mainstay of the city known for its pizza offerings, Scarr’s mills its own wheat to be mixed with flour from upstate New York to make its fermented crust, paired with a combination of three types of mozzarella and fresh-made sauce. Scarr’s is also known for its bowling alley-like decor, the wood-paneled walls and letter boards design of the location is inspired by the neighborhood pizzerias of the ’70s and ’80s.
Expanding beyond its celebrated merch, Scarr’s Pizza has come together with Fly Geenius for a Vanson Leathers capsule collection. The special range serves to celebrate the two things New Yorker’s love, pizza and fashion. Leading the capsule is the patch marked Star Leather Jacket, Skeleton Leather Jacket, Manx Leather Jacket and Leather Bucket Hats which all feature Scarr’s signature orange and blue colors, and feature a custom NYC subway map lining.
Finishing up the range is a leather Pizza Slice Cash Pouch expressing a slice with mushrooms and pepperoni. The pouch comes complete with a secure side zipper and logo stamps at the rear.
