Netflix Announces Streaming Date for Two-Part 'Sailor Moon Eternal' Film
After officially premiering in Japanese theatres earlier this year.
After a delayed release in Japanese theaters earlier this year, Sailor Moon Eternal is now set to hit Netflix this summer. The streaming platform recently shared a subtitled trailer for the two-part film showcasing the transformation and powers of the Sailor Squad.
Based on the Dream Arc of the Sailor Moon manga by Naoko Takeuchi, the feature film is a direct continuation of Season 4 of the Sailor Moon Crystal anime series. It is also interesting to note that Sailor Moon Eternal is the first film from the franchise to hit theaters in Japan since 1996.
