Philadelphia sportswear brand Mitchell & Ness is celebrating the 75th anniversary of the NBA with a series of premium apparel drops. Releasing throughout the 2021-22 season, the brand will acknowledge the storied history of professional basketball with merchandise inspired by NBA’s past uniforms, alongside new jerseys, shorts, headwear, accessories and more.

Reviving the authentic trademark style of the NBA, Mitchell & Ness will release its own collection of commemorative NBA uniforms, which feature the NBA’s 75th season logo and will be available in silver, platinum, gold and rose gold colorways.

The silver collection will nod to star players from the league’s launch in 1946. The gold and rose gold collections will feature fan-favorite players of all time, as well as those named on the NBA’s iconic 50 Greatest Players of All-Time list, which was released in 1996.

“We’re going all-out to celebrate 75 years of excellence for one of our greatest partners,” said Mitchell & Ness CEO Kevin Wulff. “It is an honor to be able to play an integral role in reciting the NBA’s history through product, as well as looking into the future with sustainable materials and distinctive designs.”

In addition to its in-line products, Mitchell & Ness will be collaborating with leathersmith Jeff Hamilton, streetwear designer Don C and NBA equipment provider Wilson Basketball, among other brands.

Apparel will begin releasing online on December 23, with prices ranging from $32 USD to $400 USD.
