Someone Is Making Functional Anime & Movie Weapons From Amazon Boxes
He’s called the Crafty Transformer and he just did a ‘Tokyo Ghoul’ weapon from cardboard.
Talk about taking recycling to the next level. A popular YouTube creative named Crafty Transformer is getting some viral buzz for his wild creations using only Amazon boxes. Rather than throwing these shipping containers out or throwing them into the recyclables bin, this gentleman who also goes by the name Tsukuru-San on Twitter makes anime and video game weapons that are not only awe-inspiring but functional as well.
His latest creation comes from the popular anime Tokyo Ghoul and it’s the centipede-like blade that’s wielded by the character Kureo Mado. Known as the Fueguchi Quinque, the weapon is able to retract and extend by command and the Crafty Transformer’s version does the same albeit non-deadly since it’s only made of cardboard.
However, it’s not the only weapon he’s crafted by hand. There’s the Green Dragon Crescent Blade from Chronicles of Three Kingdoms, the Great Sword from MONSTER HUNTER:WORLD and even the BAKUGO costume from My Hero Academia. Best part is that his video actually shows you step by step on how to make them so you can craft yours at home as well. Only issue is you might not have enough Amazon boxes yourself to make these designs. Maybe you can ask friends and relatives for more boxes to use if possible.
