HEALTH & Ghostemane Are Threateningly Dark on New Cut "JUDGEMENT NIGHT"

A perfectly mandated collaborative effort.

It’s not every day that two of the industry’s most tenebrous acts link up. Returning from their overtly dark and heavy album VOL. 4 :: SLAVES OF FEAR, synth-pop turned industrial band HEALTH has teamed with infamous punk-rapper Ghostemane for a well-crafted new cut that holds all the industrial, punk rock, metal, electronic, and hip-hop sensibilities you could ask for.

The new track, titled “JUDGEMENT NIGHT,” relishes in brain-shaking basslines and ear-piercing drums, placed alongside guitar riff interludes that offer up a juxtaposition of sounds. Both Ghostemane and HEALTH’s lead singer Jake Duzsik make for a menacing combination vocally and lyrically – with Ghostemane’s deep rap flows and punk rock-meets-screamo sensibilities harmonizing effortlessly against Duzsik’s more nu metal-friendly vocal range.

You can watch the visualizer for HEALTH & Ghostemane’s “JUDGEMENT NIGHT” above, or stream it via Spotify and Apple Music below.

In case you missed it, Flying Lotus has a new album on the way.
