If the hype for Skepta’s Konnichiwa is to be believed, grime may be on the precipice of a worldwide takeover. Crowdmix took the opportunity to follow some of the UK vanguard as they brought the genre stateside to Austin’s South by Southwest festival. Watch as some of the underground’s brightest prospects, including Skepta, Stormzy, Blakey and Little Simz, bring the sounds of the road to American audiences, some for the first time.
