Meek Mill Opens up About Prison Release in 'NBC Nightly News' Interview

After a ruling from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Tuesday, Meek Mill was finally released from prison. Following a barrage of encouragement and blessings from fellow artists and other celebrities, as well as an appearance at a Philadephia Sixers and Miami Heat game, the rapper sat down with NBC Nightly News to speak about his release. The interview is part of an upcoming special for Dateline NBC. Meek spoke with Lester Holt on topics such as awareness to the criminal justice reform, his freedom and more.
