In anticipation of his forthcoming album Dynastie Chicago-based DJ Kaskade joins forces with Canadian electro-pop band Dragonette fror his new single “Fire In Your New Shoes”. Kaskade, who earned a reputation for crafting impeccable dance-floor music, explains how this collaboration came to fruition:
Initially, [Fire In Your New Shoes] was kind of a stripped down, guitar-driven house track,” Kaskade explains. “I sent it up to Dragonette and they wrote these amazing lyrics and melody over it. I’m really excited about the final result.
