50 Cent has finally been able to offload his 50,000-square-foot Connecticut mansion to help alleviate his financial troubles. According to TMZ, the gigantic estate was recently was sold for $8 million USD, a bargain compared to the original listing of $18.5 million USD over a decade ago. The buyer is turning the 21-bedroom, nine-kitchen residence into a luxurious retirement home as long as the town approves of the zoning modifications, which likely means the mansion’s nightclub, adult entertainment room and grotto will have to make way for something more accommodating for the elderly.
