M.I.A. Reveals Archived Visuals for "Reload"
Reviving an unreleased track from 2004.
After releasing her personal documentary MATANGI / MAYA / M.I.A earlier this year, M.I.A. has unveiled her latest video for “Reload.” The track was co-written with Elastica’s lead singer Justine Frischmann back in 2004 and revealed for the first time in conjunction with the film’s soundtrack. Now, we witness the video that was kept hidden since then and features the “Paper Planes” rapper dancing with a crew in a no-frills basement. Take a look at the music video above, which was also directed by M.I.A. and Frischmann, and catch MATANGI/MAYA/M.I.A. available now via iTunes.
