Gilles Peterson’s BBC1 Radio recently aired an intriguing session with Flying Lotus. The Los Angeles-beatwizard was joined by Stephen “Thundercat” Bruner and saxophonist Ravi Coltrane. Joining musical forces, the trio offered a live version of Cosmogramma‘s “MmmHmm”, “Tea Leaf Dancers” off 2007’s Reset-EP, and a new track titled “Golden Axe”.
