Standing out amongst the eclectic mix of fashion, music, technology and art at this year’s inaugural HYPEFEST event, ACRONYM® and Roborace came together to display their progressive Robocar Remix project.

Designer Errolson Hugh and the world’s first competition for human/machine teams looked to envision the future of racing via a physical and virtual display. ACRONYM® created a custom Robocar decorated with mathematics-assisted graphics that were also applied on a capsule collection, comprised of hoodies, T-shirts and caps. The duo also came together to create a fully immersive VR experience based around a vision of the emerging artificial-intelligence motorsport, aided via motion control by D-Box that simulated racing at high speed.

Check out a recap of the ACRONYM® x Roborace Robocar Remix project and interview with Errolson Hugh above.
