Love it or hate it, Star Wars: The Last Jedi certainly captured the public’s imagination. So, with that in mind, taking any chance to watch scenes once more is always a good idea — and now, as an added bonus, you can watch the final fight scene in 16-bit rendering. If you haven’t watched it yet, we will be discussing the scene, so look away now.

SPOILER ALERT

The final fight scene, where Kylo Ren takes on Luke Skywalker, has been lovingly recreated by John Stratman, an animator who treated the battle as if it were a SNES game. John Mayer also happens to be a fan of the film and took to Instagram to start the #kylorenchallenge.
