Could the "Raptors" Colorway of the Nike Kobe AD NXT Be Dedicated to DeMar DeRozan

During his 8 years with the Toronto Raptors, DeMar DeRozan has made himself an important asset to the team, as one of the most talented scorers they’ve seen. Though not official, it wouldn’t be a surprise if he was the inspiration behind Nike’s latest “Raptors” colorway of the Kobe AD NXT since the “Compton” colorway was previously dedicated to his hometown, and he’s been seen regularly wearing the Nike Kobe AD NXT PE. The basketball shoe features a mix of University Red and Bright Crimson throughout its design, with a lotus flower-inspired upper. Take a closer look at the photos above, the new colorway becomes available July 15 for $200 USD.
