The highly anticipated Dragon Ball FighterZ will have an open beta on January 14, 2018, and one day earlier for those who pre-order the game. Bandai Namco also released a breakdown video of Hit, a character introduced in the title’s latest trailer.

It appears he handles like a counter fighter, using quick attacks to compensate for his lack of projectiles. His playstyle goes in hand with his abilities, as he uses time manipulation throughout the Dragon Ball Super series to attack. Check out the trailer above and look below for exact beta times, which are console exclusives and not available for PC.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is set to release January 26, 2018 on PlayStation 4PC and Xbox One.

Dragon Ball FighterZ Beta Dates:
Pre-order beta: January 13 at 3 a.m. ET
Public beta: January 14 at 3 a.m. ET
Beta ends: January 16 at 2:59 a.m. ET
