XLARGE has been ramping up its 25th anniversary collaborations as of late, with the likes of CLSC and Anwar Carrots joining forces with the OG streetwear label. Now mita sneakers has been brought into the mix as well for a collection of footwear and apparel pieces inspired by one of the brand’s original ambassadors – the Beastie Boys. Without a doubt the highlight of the offering is a suede PUMA Clyde rendered in a combination of off-white and green, a color scheme donned by Ad-Rock on the cover of the hip-hop group’s Check Your Head album cover. Co-branding adorns the shoe’s custom insole and tongue patch. A pair of graphic T-shirts, matching T7 track top and pants, and a camo-clad woven jacket round out the collaboration.
