Voigtländer Will Be Releasing a New HELIAR Lens for the Leica M Mount

As was recently announced, Viennese optical company Voigtländer is getting ready to offer a brand new HELIAR Vintage Line 50mm f/3.5 VM lens for the famed Leica M mount. Offering a simple optical system with descriptive power, some key highlights of the high-powered lens are classic exterior design, high precision metal construction, exclusive hood featuring light-shielding performance, and a highly accurate range finder interlocking mechanism, amongst a whole host of others. The new Voigtländer lens is expected to start shipping in November.
