Konami Is Releasing a New 'Metal Gear' Game
The first without Hideo Kojima.
Despite the loss of Hideo Kojima, Konami is set to release a new Metal Gear game next year. The entertainment company unveiled a new trailer for Metal Gear Survive, a four-player co-op title that takes place after Metal Gear Solid: 5 Ground Zeroes, the prequel to Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain. The first clip from Gamescom 2016 hints that familiar characters like Big Boss may return, but there’s no official confirmation as of yet. Check it out above and expect the game to arrive sometime in 2017 for PC, Xbox One and PS4.
