With a penchant for the dramatic and the spectacular, Stéphane Ashpool was determined to make a statement at Pigalle‘s Spring/Summer 2017 showing during Paris Fashion Week. The collection was both eye-catching and progressive considering the label’s predominantly graphic-driven roots, but perhaps even more impressive was the presentation of the clothing itself. Set in a picturesque garden filled with colorful flowers and vibrant onlookers, models dressed in pastel and watercolor-inspired hues walked the makeshift runway before the designer and his girlfriend got “married” in a brief yet sweet ceremony.
