EXCLUSIVE: October's Very Own 2016 Summer Editorial Featuring Playboi Carti, Ian Connor and John Ross
“King of the Youth” & friends.

Drake’s OVO has extended far beyond its origins as a record label to a multifaceted brand that encompasses a radio show, apparel division, retailers and more. Under the careful watch of Oliver El-Khatib, the lifestyle imprint’s fashion category has collaborated with the likes of Jordan Brand and Mitchell & Ness, while releases in tandem with Canada Goose and Toronto Raptors pay homage to the label’s national roots. Its latest offering comes in the form of an Ian Connor-styled editorial fronted by the self-proclaimed “King of the Youth” and friends Playboi Carti and John Ross. The trio are found sporting sweater designs which boast a bold, collegiate font alongside sweatsuits and pink striped polos which conjure up mid ‘00 rap swagger. Rounded out by OVO’s trademark owl across the chest, the updated range of hoodies and tees show the label’s stance in streetwear. Shot by Kevin Moon, check out the editorial above and look for the pieces at October’s Very Own webpage and Los Angeles and Toronto flagship.
