M+RC NOIR 2017 Spring/Summer Lookbook Highlights the Modern Day Tracksuit
Remnants from three different eras of menswear.
M+RC NOIR has been gaining a steady following in the menswear community. Its 2017 spring/summer lookbook is interesting because it draws from three different eras of athletic outerwear. You can see hints of military bomber jackets and field coats, the iconic ’80s Run-D.M.C. track suit and Starter jacket look, and details that remind us of the 2000s-era Marithé + François Girbaud aesthetic, all of which combine fluidly to create its own modern day look. Muted dark color schemes are offset by reflective brand letters on velcro. Look out for the collection and drop a comment on what you’d cop.
