Manolo Robles Rips a Penny Board for 30th Birthday

Part of the flack that skateboarders give other four-wheeled enterprises has to do with the disparity in required skill. Underlining this point in a fun way is ridiculously talented Darkstar Skateboards professional Manolo Robles, who has just released a new video part using only a Penny Skateboard. No matter your sentiments on the popular plastic toys, it’s hard to argue against Robles’ technical wizardry on them; the Spanish ripper finds a way to execute grinds and manuals as if on a normal board. The part was created in celebration of Robles’ 30th birthday – so here’s to another 30 of being creative.
