Created in collaboration with the Andy Warhol Foundation, Taschen has compiled a 560 page edition featuring hundreds of instant pictures remembering the friends, lovers, famous figures, obscure encounters and the fashion experienced throughout his life. “Often raw and impromptu,” Warhol’s photography portraits celebrities such as Mick Jagger, Alfred Hitchcock, Jack Nicholson, Yves Saint Laurent, Pelé and Debbie Harry offering a unique retrospective look at his life and a better understanding of one of the world’s most prolific Pop Art icons. “Polaroids” is now available from Taschen in more than 6 languages for roughly $83 USD.
