Inside Solebox's Beautiful New Munich Retail Space
Solebox plants a flag in Munich inside a renovated vault.
Having established itself in the Berlin sneaker scene and expanded its global influence through some exemplary collaborations, progressive streetwear shop Solebox opens up a new door in Munich. Situated on the southern side of Germany, the Munich store was designed to represent its distance from the national capital. Accordingly, audiences are first greeted with a wall-long mirror upon entrance, which leads into a former wine vault on the next floor. The sparse interior preserves the heritage of the vault while adding new life with a colorful (and plentiful) array of exclusive kicks by New Balance and adidas, PUMA, Reebok, Saucony, ASICS and Converse – with whom Solebox partnered to execute an exclusive celebratory kit.
