Happy Friday – we hope you enjoy Drake’s back-to-back image on the cover. This week has been one of the biggest in music yet, with a lot of buzz coming mostly from the OVO camp. Since the last Playlist, Drake released two Meek Mill diss tracks, “Charged Up” and “Back to Back Freestyle,” in response to Meek’s ghostwriting allegations targeted towards the 6 God. Meek Mill retaliated with the long-awaited “Wanna Know,” which debuted on HOT 97 earlier. Outside of the back and forth, Drake unveiled two other tracks “Hotline Bling” and “Right Hand.” Roy Wood$ recently released his debut EP Exis, which consists of the Drake-featured “Drama” and “Get You Good.” OMO’s PARTYNEXTDOOR dropped two tracks, “Kehlani’s Freestyle” and his Travi$ Scott collaboration “No Feelings.” Keith Ape came through with a massive remix for “It G Ma” featuring A$AP Ferg, Father, Waka Flocka Flame and Dumbfoundead, and Post Malone released a pop-influence track titled “Holyfield.” Other artists featured include OG Maco, Jimmy Prime, Vic Mensa, Fetty Wap, iLoveMakonnen, Allan Kingdom, Major Lazer, Faalcons, Rustie, Ta-ku, Chet Faker, Banks, James Fauntleroy, Wavves and more.
