Future Islands - A Song For Our Grandfathers

In celebration of Father’s Day, Future Islands have shared a video for the 2014 Singles selection “A Song For Our Grandfathers.” The visual was filmed by frequent collaborator Jay Bium, who used a family reunion in North Carolina as an opportunity to shoot the clip. Future Islands and all of their families are on hand for the video, and the band even treat their families to a special, intimate performance. The trio have also coupled the release of today’s video with the unveiling of a website that  allows you to send an e-card that features the video, which you can check out here.
