In 2013 Janelle Monáe performed a Jimi Hendrix cover with The Roots on Jimmy Fallon‘s late night show. Fallon was able to bring them together again for last night’s Tonight Show to perform her new single, “Yoga.” With Monáe in a golden crown, in front of a squad of flexible backup dancers, she performed the new track which features an equally as animated verse from newcomer, Wondaland Records artist and singer of “Classic Man,” Jidenna. “Yoga” is currently available on iTunes and will be a part of the upcoming Wondaland Records compilation, Eephus.
